Now the five bomb blasts that targeted New Delhi’s nerve centers including Connaught Place, Ghaffar market in Karol Bagh and a local market in Greater Kailash has once again put the whole city under severe grip of fear.

The bomb attack comes at a time when Indian capital is set to hold a two day seminar on the menace of terror. The two day seminar will be held on September 15-16.
