New Delhi, Sept 14, 2008: Indian capital Delhi was attacked by serial bomb blasts that killed around 30 people and injured several dozen other people Saturday. The number of dead is set to increase as many people had sustained serious injuries.

The bomb blasts come almost three years after deadly bombings in New Delhi that had killed 59 people and had shocked the whole national capital region of New Delhi.

Now the five bomb blasts that targeted New Delhi’s nerve centers including Connaught Place, Ghaffar market in Karol Bagh and a local market in Greater Kailash has once again put the whole city under severe grip of fear.

The bomb attack comes at a time when Indian capital is set to hold a two day seminar on the menace of terror. The two day seminar will be held on September 15-16.
