New Delhi, Sept 11, 2008: Indian capital New Delhi may well boast of 3G services before the end of the month. Despite long strides made by India in information technology and despite having second largest mobile subscription base in the world, the country did not have 3rd generation mobile services.
Indian Ministry of Communication and Information is allowing the testing of the 3G services in the national capital on test basis.
